Covid-19 Shipping Updates: Please note that all carriers, in most of our shipping countries, are still experiencing slower than usual delivery times. We have access to the same tracking details as you, those provided on the carrier portals. If your order has not yet been scanned please give it a day or two to update before reaching out. Shipping in the United States
We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC and US P.O. Boxes. We use a handful of carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS. For shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses please submit your request by clicking here.
Please note that we are unable to ship Undressed and Lift to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico due to airline safety regulations for combustible ingredients.
We offer free shipping on all first-time orders with full registration. Subsequent orders will be charged a flat $5 fee. If you are a member of the New Wash Refill Club, orders are always shipped free (including styling products ordered separately from Club refills).
Standard shipping: Delivery time ranges from 5 to 7 business days once your order has shipped.* Please note that shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may range from 1-3 weeks.
*Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders take 1 business day to be processed at our warehouse. You can expect your order to ship 1 business day after it is placed.
Shipping in Canada
Canadian orders (excluding Undressed and Lift, see below) to urban and more populated areas will ship via Purolator. Rural and more remote orders will ship via Canada Post.
All orders containing Undressed and Lift, will be shipped with UPS.
Delivery time ranges from 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed after 1pm EST will ship the next business day.

Shipping in the UK
UK orders ship via Royal Mail. Delivery time can range from 3 to 5 business days once your order ships.
Orders placed after noon Greenwich Mean Time will ship the next business day. No additional taxes or duties will be charged beyond the total on your final invoice.
We offer free shipping on all first-time orders with full registration. Subsequent orders will be charged a flat fee of £3.30.

Shipping in the EU and Norway
Orders ship via DPD or Post NL. Delivery time can range from 2 to 5 business days once your order ships. Please note orders to Malta, Cyprus and other island nations can take 1-2 weeks.
Orders will ship the next business day. No additional taxes or duties will be charged beyond the total on your final invoice. VAT is included in prices listed.

Shipping in Switzerland
Swiss orders ship via Swiss Post on Post Pac Priority service. Delivery time can range from 2 to 3 business days.
Orders will ship the next business day. No additional taxes or duties will be charged beyond the total on your final invoice. VAT is included in prices listed.

Shipping in Australia
Australian orders (except those with Lift and/or Undressed, see below) ship via Australia Post. Once your order ships, delivery time can range from 2 to 5 business days or longer to very remote areas.
Orders ship the next business day. No additional taxes or duties will be charged beyond the total on your final invoice.
Undressed and Lift are shipped via Toll Road Express.Delivery time can range from 2 to 5 business days.
Please note that we are unable to ship Undressed or Lift to Tasmania due to airline safety regulations for combustible ingredients.

Shipping to New Zealand
New Zealand orders ship via Australia Post International. Once your order ships, delivery time can range from 5 to 10 business days.
Orders may not ship until the next business day. No additional taxes or duties will be charged beyond the total on your final invoice.
